Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,741 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with MMP25 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25 results are reported.
