MMP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9G1, TMEM213, and OR1J2. Each is linked with MMP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9G1 grouped by MMP25-low versus MMP25-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
