MMP24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,258 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, ISG20, and MOCS3. Each is linked with MMP24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP24-to-partner and partner-to-MMP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP24 versus MYEF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
