MMP24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYSTM1, MAPK8IP1, and TCP11. Each is linked with MMP24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP24-to-partner and partner-to-MMP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP24 versus CYSTM1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
