MMP24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K2, PABPC1L2A, and OR10T2. Each is linked with MMP24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP24-to-partner and partner-to-MMP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K2 grouped by MMP24-low versus MMP24-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
