MMP23B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP23B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP23B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of collagen metabolic process, Collagen biosynthetic process, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with MMP23B in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP23B-to-partner and partner-to-MMP23B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
