MMP23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,926 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein methylation, Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, and Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with MMP23A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP23A-to-partner and partner-to-MMP23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
