MMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, CDKN3, and SNRNP25. Each is linked with MMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP2-to-partner and partner-to-MMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by MMP2-low versus MMP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
