MMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSKH2, OR10H3, and CSN1S1. Each is linked with MMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP2-to-partner and partner-to-MMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSKH2 grouped by MMP2-low versus MMP2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
