MMP19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, PALLD_S669, and PARVB. Each is linked with MMP19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP19-to-partner and partner-to-MMP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP19 versus P3H3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
