MMP19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,953 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, AXL, and PLIN3. Each is linked with MMP19 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP19-to-partner and partner-to-MMP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP19 versus SERPINE1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
