Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,804 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOK4, DPP4, and CACNG4. Each is linked with MMP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP15-to-partner and partner-to-MMP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP15 versus DOK4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
