MMP15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHODH, TTC19, and SLF1. Each is linked with MMP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP15-to-partner and partner-to-MMP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHODH grouped by MMP15-low versus MMP15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
