MMP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, PLS3, and RCN3. Each is linked with MMP13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP13-to-partner and partner-to-MMP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP13 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
