Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, MYL9, and SRPX2. Each is linked with MMP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP13-to-partner and partner-to-MMP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP13 versus TIMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
