MMP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ACVRL1, and Notch1. Each is linked with MMP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP13-to-partner and partner-to-MMP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by MMP13-low versus MMP13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
