Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,091 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process, Response to topologically incorrect protein, and Viral process. Each is linked with MMP13 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP13-to-partner and partner-to-MMP13 results are reported.
