MMP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP13 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 750 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIMS1, POU4F2, and PPM1G. Each is linked with MMP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP13-to-partner and partner-to-MMP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIMS1 grouped by MMP13-low versus MMP13-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
