Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MMADHCP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MMADHCP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MMADHCP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MMADHCP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and READ show a favorable association.

COAD, CESC, and PAAD are the cancer types where MMADHCP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
