Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MMADHCP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MMADHCP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MMADHCP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MMADHCP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and PRAD show a favorable association.
MESO, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where MMADHCP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
