Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MMADHC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MMADHC data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MMADHC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MMADHC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MMADHC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
