MMADHC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMADHC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMADHC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKAP1, PRRC2C, and NUBPL. Each is linked with MMADHC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMADHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMADHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMADHC versus NCKAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMADHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMADHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
