MMADHC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMADHC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,045 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMADHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMR1, ARHGAP21, and GDNF. Each is linked with MMADHC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMADHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMADHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMR1 grouped by MMADHC-low versus MMADHC-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMADHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMADHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
