MMAB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,464 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMAB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MVK, SART3, and GMIP. Each is linked with MMAB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAB-to-partner and partner-to-MMAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMAB versus MVK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
