Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNU6-1169P, and LIN7C. Each is linked with MMAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAB-to-partner and partner-to-MMAB results are reported.
