Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,570 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL3, YARS1, and NPM1. Each is linked with MMAB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAB-to-partner and partner-to-MMAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMAB versus RPL3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
