MMAA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,442 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMAA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD4, ADH5, and PSMB5. Each is linked with MMAA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAA-to-partner and partner-to-MMAA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMAA versus OTUD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
