Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,490 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4V2, TLR3, and NCOA4P3. Each is linked with MMAA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAA-to-partner and partner-to-MMAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMAA versus CYP4V2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
