Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAA mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Neutrophils, Platelets, and DC. Each is linked with MMAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAA-to-partner and partner-to-MMAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophils grouped by MMAA-low versus MMAA-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
