Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMAA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,644 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMAA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome separation, Cell cycle DNA replication initiation, and Nuclear cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with MMAA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAA-to-partner and partner-to-MMAA results are reported.
