MLYCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLYCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLYCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, PGAM1_S31, and PHKB. Each is linked with MLYCD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLYCD-to-partner and partner-to-MLYCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLYCD versus TERF2IP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLYCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLYCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
