Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLYCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,642 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLYCD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Endosomal transport, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MLYCD in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLYCD-to-partner and partner-to-MLYCD results are reported.
