MLX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,874 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLXIP, MCC, and STX2. Each is linked with MLX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLX-to-partner and partner-to-MLX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLX versus MLXIP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
