Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP4, PKN3, and MIR3121. Each is linked with MLX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLX-to-partner and partner-to-MLX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP4 grouped by MLX-low versus MLX-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
