MLX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,165 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME3, LSM12, and BECN1. Each is linked with MLX in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLX-to-partner and partner-to-MLX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLX versus PSME3 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
