Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,145 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Centriole replication, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with MLX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLX-to-partner and partner-to-MLX results are reported.
