MLST8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLST8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLST8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, PARN, and JPT2. Each is linked with MLST8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLST8-to-partner and partner-to-MLST8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLST8 versus DCTPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
