Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLST8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,995 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLST8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, GPR161, and PAQR7. Each is linked with MLST8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLST8-to-partner and partner-to-MLST8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLST8 versus ESCO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
