MLST8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLST8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLST8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJE1, RNU6-492P, and MEMO1P3. Each is linked with MLST8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLST8-to-partner and partner-to-MLST8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJE1 grouped by MLST8-low versus MLST8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
