MLPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,097 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLPH_S510, MLPH_S574, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with MLPH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLPH-to-partner and partner-to-MLPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLPH versus MLPH_S510 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
