Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,255 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLPH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of transmembrane transport. Each is linked with MLPH in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLPH-to-partner and partner-to-MLPH results are reported.
