MLPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLPH mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWF19L2, SYNJ1, and PTCRA. Each is linked with MLPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLPH-to-partner and partner-to-MLPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWF19L2 grouped by MLPH-low versus MLPH-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
