Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MLNR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MLNR data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher MLNR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MLNR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where MLNR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
