MLNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLNR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM32DP, OR51A1P, and RNA5SP72. Each is linked with MLNR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLNR-to-partner and partner-to-MLNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM32DP grouped by MLNR-low versus MLNR-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
