MLNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLNR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, MMP26, and BMP15. Each is linked with MLNR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLNR-to-partner and partner-to-MLNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBP grouped by MLNR-low versus MLNR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
