MLLT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,420 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLLT6_S258, HNRNPLL, and SMC1A. Each is linked with MLLT6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT6-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT6 versus MLLT6_S258 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
