MLLT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with MLLT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT6-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by MLLT6-low versus MLLT6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
