Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with MLLT6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT6-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT6 results are reported.
