MLLT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 610 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPA, GAGE12E, and METRN. Each is linked with MLLT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT6-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LPA grouped by MLLT6-low versus MLLT6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
