MLLT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,232 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOCAD, RNU4-26P, and MIR4473. Each is linked with MLLT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT3-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT3 versus FOCAD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
